Review #55 A solid cross between a neoplolitan and a NY pizza. Decent sauce and tremendous dough. Nice little spot inside. Seems like it would be a great date spot. Drill it Jack

Fluffy, but light crust. You can taste the freshness in the ingredients. Great wood char, just wish a little more firmness to the undercarriage

Light tasting, fresh decent pie. Wish the sauce had a bit more flavor. A little flop.
