Very good crust, great cheese, well cooked

Solid CT pie — floppier than I prefer but good ingredients. More of a restaurant that has pizza rather than just a pizza focus. The gnocchi with meat sauce was a 9.0

A very solid pizza, ( grew up on sallys in new haven) not greasy, nice thin crust. Quite a bit of flop but sauce and cheese stays on. Definitely a good bite though. Nice tang to the sauce and good ratio of cheese to bread.
