Alright y’all let’s set the stage:
Salem, MA late August and the sun is beating down, not a cloud in the sky. No witches in sight, might be too early.
Let’s get to the pizza. Highly recommended by the locals I asked, although they were pushing for some of the more extravagant toppings. Cheese is the gold standard so here we are.
This thing came out like it knew it would be getting reviewed. Zero flop, cheese was perfectly cooked, crispy crust and the right amount of char.
The first bite was amazing and the flavors did not disappoint. The slice and I had a moment and I was riding the pizza bus to flavor town.
Would 100% go back and make a drive if I’m in the general area.
Do yourself a favor if you’re near Salem hunting witches and smashing pumpkins this fall and stop in.
