The fact that this behemoth of a slice does not have any flop is a miracle of culinary engineering. The sauce has a sweet tang that soothes the palate and there is a very respectably low grease to cheese ratio. This is some of the best in our humble city and deserving of a 7.9

Lorenzo’s is easily one of the best slices of pizza I’ve ever had. I grew up on South Street. We went to Lorenzo’s all the time and for Dave to score it 6.5 is very low. This is definitely a pizza you would travel for.

Whenever I’m in Philly, Lorenzo & Sons is a must stop! Whether you get a single slice or an entire pie, it’s perfection. That first bite is an instant reminder of that NJ/PA/NY taste that I grew up with in New Jersey!

This pizza has a sugary tomato sauce and lots of cheese. Is it the best pizza I’ve ever had? No. But it has the wow factor that sets it apart from the other pizzas. It’s the biggest slice of pizza you’ll ever eat AND location is iconic. Go birds
