Lorenzo's Carling

Hands down the second best pizza I have had the chance to experience. Old Italian dude, you could tell he loved his craft, he was picky about the product he gave us, made sure it was his best. The most even crust ive ever had, the right kind of flimsy. Very flavourful but not overly. The perfect ammount of crisp without it being burnt. The cheese distribution was exquisite, sauce is out of this world, as if buddy’s grandma made the sauce from her garden tomatoes. Pepperoni on the bottom, very high quality.
