After visiting Oberlin Conservatory, I found this pleasant pizza place in the lot off main street. Lorenzo’s shows promise, and I can see it being a great place to go in the late Summer and early Fall months…the patio, the atmosphere, the proximity to music. The Supreme pizza sports banana peppers, which was a rare treat, though the sauce to cheese ratio needs to be sorted out. The homemade style has just too much cheese, and takes away from the balance and flavor of the pie. The crust, however, has a great crunch-your-face-off taste. If Lorenzo’s can solve the balance issue, they can create a truly great pizza.
