Everyone raves about the crust. It’s been a year or so since I’ve had Lou’s so I had to try it again. And I don’t think the crust is that special. It’s different for sure more like bread than traditional crust. Sauce is great. Overall decent pie

Personal size deep dish pizza. The sauce is chunkier than the other places I reviewed - it’s more on the sweeter side. Good balance of cheese. Thought the crust was nothing special - maybe it needed more butter?

Dear Lou never had a true Chicago deep dish. It was amazing! Crispy thin deep dish with hearty tomatoes > star of the show!

The crust was really on point, took a while (Similiar to chi town baseball teams winning trophy’s), def a must hit for your next windy city trip

Frozen pizza review. Excellent. Only way to eat a deep dish, in my opinion. A little advice: turn the broiler on for the last minute or so to cook from the top a little. Also, use the full 45 minutes and maybe crank up the heat to 430 or so. Delicious.

It’s like Jesus Christ teamed up with the great Buddha and said let’s make the kind of pizza that makes people forget about sex.

Very chewy cheese, sauce is runny, dough isn’t great, very plentiful with meat

The best deep dish pizza in Chicago. Crust is tasty and cheese is delicious. Just enough cheese and the sauce is excellent

Absolutely solid ingredients. Fantastic sauce and great crunch. This is the pizza you should seek when in Chicago, not Giordanos.
