What trip to Chicago isn’t complete without a trip to the OG. Say what you will about this style but a buttery still crunchy undercarriage even in the middle holds up topped with cheese that has flavor and pull for days!!! Topped with a chunky hearty sweet sauce that’s complimented by grated cheese that really sets the pie off! Go in open minded to enjoy a great meal and you won’t be disappointed!!!

Lou’s is better than Giordano’s! For me it’s the cornmeal style crust. Much more distinctive. My favorite Chicago pie!

It gets an 8 for the novelty, but I really am not a huge fan.

Tied with a Giordano’s they’re both great, can’t put one ahead of the other.

The bottom needs more crisp to take this to next level. The crust offers that which makes you want it more. The sauce is a flavor bomb. Delicious. Cheese on the bottom. Best deep dish you may find. If that's your style. I am New Yorker which makes it tough to go into 8's but as close as it will get

Crumble sausage. My favorite deep dish all time. They got a little cheap on the sausage so it lowered the rating. But pie crust is amazing hands down still king of deep dish.

Really good deep dish, I’d say probably in between pequods and giordanos. Always worth the wait but not always in the mood

We are normally thin crust, New York style pizza fans, but WOW. The thin butter crust is phenomenal, and it’s the perfect ratio of crust, cheese, and sauce. The tomato sauce with sausage in it was to die for. Incredible.
