Pizza Review
Great pizza. Whenever I’m in the mood for deep dish I go to Lou’s. They have the best crust, cheese, and ingredients in my opinion out of the big 3 (4 if you count Piquods as Chicago deep dish). I always get their specialty pizza, the Lou. Add sausage if you want to amp it up a bit. This mushroom, spinach, garlic pie is something else. Chicago is a sausage town, and it just makes everything better. Lou’s gets an 8.8 pulling itself away from the rest of the deep dish pizza places in Chicago. The only reason it doesn’t get a higher score is because it is super indulgent, you can’t sit down and eat a whole one by yourself. 8.8 that’s the review.
