Sheeeesh! Alright Frankie - lots to unpack here. First and foremost I have to agree with el pres and say I don’t even know if I would categorize this as pizza. Regardless of what it is....this is prettttyy darn good. Fork and knife. Fork and knife. Fork and knife. This is not something I’m gonna eat before hitting the town. It fills you up fast but perfect for a Sunday night in with the gals. Takes about 45 min to make so remind yourself that patience is a virtue. Lou’s butter crust is fabulous. Melts in your mouth. Must be opposite day in chi town because sauce is on top! Very pleased with the cheese to sauce ratio. A Chicago classic and well worth the wait.
