Big review and it did disappoint. The crust and sausage are very good but the sauce is not. The sauce is just straight tomato, so if you do not like eating tomatoes this is not for you. My son gave it a 7.1.

First time ever having deep dish…. Got the spinach. Great flavor, crunch to the crust. Big fan.

Possibly the greatest pie on America. The original is the best, but even the franchises have that great flavor profile.

I was worried I was gonna hate this one but the dough/crust really makes this. A rich buttery flavor with a lot of crisp in each bite (deep dish). I don’t love a lot of cheese which I’m in the minority on with pizza lovers but this was a bearable amount. I hear the larger sizes hot you harder with the mozzarella. The Chicago style thin pizza tasted a little better even, the score is for the deep dish.

Excellent slice of deep dish. Unique flavor to the sauce that was excellent, crust was amazing.

I’ve had this pizza before. It’s a solid 8.3, DONT ask for garlic. They will leave you wishing you didn’t. I was eating the pizza and it tasted like a garlic clove had my balls hooked up to a battery charger asking me “WHERE WAS THE LAST TIME YOU SAW BIN LADEN!” WAY too much garlic but I’ve had this pizza before without it and it’s awesome.

This pizza is tasteless. It’s marinara in a bread bowl. I took three bites and threw it out the window of my hotel, killing innocent Cubs fans.

First time trying real Chicago deep dish and it belongs in a catagory to itself.

I’ve never been a big deep dish guy but this the best deep dish I’ve had. The stewed tomato sauce is otherworldly, bursting of flavor. Tasty cheese and solid butter crust with minimal flop, although it was a mess. The sausage ruined it for me. I want to try this without the sausage next time.

Amazing pie. Crisp crust all the way through, zero flop. Fresh bread taste. Great cheese, zero grease. Sauce was the absolute highlight for me. Unreal flavor, bright red color, and juice that went on for days. Layers upon layers of taste. My favorite slice so far. Recommend to anyone!

This one is a tough rating for me being an East Coast guy only knowing NY style pizza. First ever Chicago deep dish style pizza and while I can appreciate it for what it is it’s no NY style slice. Now to the pizza itself, great flavor, excessive (in a good way) amount of cheese, and a very nice sauce. The buttery, crispy crust really pushed it over the edge for me. All of the ingredients tasted fresh made as well. Probably going to order a few to ship home for Christmas presents. That’s a review

Got the deep dish with pepperoni. Pretty good. Crust had a nice crunch to it. Didnt burn my face off!
