Everyone raves about the crust. It’s been a year or so since I’ve had Lou’s so I had to try it again. And I don’t think the crust is that special. It’s different for sure more like bread than traditional crust. Sauce is great. Overall decent pie

Sweet sauce covers this deep dish za with large diced tomatoes throughout. Sausage is not too spicy, and the crust has perfect consistency

Traveled from Lansing MI to Chicago for our Anniversary, had Lou Malnati’s in mind for a meal the whole time.. worth it. Great flavor in the sauce and cheese, butter crust is incredible. Just a little heavy

First Chicago pizza I have had and I was impressed. We got the Chicago classic. The cheese was phenomenal. The sauce and buttery crust were also very good.

Not a deep dish guy so a little biased. Amazing sauce. Not to much cheese. Great chicago style slice

Loved the presentation. But the flavor fell short of my expectations. I honestly think Pizzeria Uno (has in NY) has better flavor in terms of sauce and crust. Was fun to try a Chicago Deep Dish tho
