Idk if you can call this pizza, but whatever it is, is amazing.

Nice crisp and crunchy crust with a thinner layer underneath compared to other deep dish pies. Right amount of cheese, although the sauce to cheese ratio is in favor of the cheese. Wouldn’t say it’s life changing but if you’re outside of Chicago, grabbing a deep dish pie is a must and Lou Malnatis is a safe choice. 8.1 that’s the review!

Pizza was cold (mainly my fault) but mainly the crust is bland and the dough is undercooked. General flavor is decent but definitely not something to write home about.

Great Deep Dish. Good build quality, decent crust and very tasty sauce and cheese. Very solid composition and cooked great.

Really good Chicago style pie and the crust is to DIE for…. As a Michigander I wasn’t sold on Chicago style but it is very good. Excellent setting too

It’s alright. I wouldn’t write home about it. Better than average but at the end of the day it’s just a heaping pile of pizza ingredients baked into a heavy pie form. Take it or leave it.

Classic deep dish, great taste, crust a bit heavy and overly buttery for someone who is use to thin crust pizza. Great spot, great service!
