Excellent! Classic Chicago pizza done well. Crust was deep but not doughy

We had the thin crust. Dough was like a pie / think great sauce / really different from any pizza I have ever had. Give it a try.

This pizza is killer. It stayed warm in -20 temps and has a perfect combo of cheese, sauce, and crust. Wish we had one of these in NY for some variety.

Alright Frankie, we’re at the corner of.... flavor and deliciousness. I don’t know if I should eat it or frame it, this pizza looks absolutely incredible.. one bite everyone knows rules. Lou’s. Hands down, best pizza around.
