I’ve reviewed several Lou’s so I’ll keep it brief. Lou’s is a staple with its own unique taste and flavor. I crave it, but I couldn’t eat it every time I get pizza. Overall, one of the best. Tips: order it with butter crust and uncut. It travels better. Other tip is you can get their standard sausage patty or crumbled. Make sure to designate if you want crumbled.
