Quite doughy. Didn’t have a ton of sauce and honestly not much taste. But if you’re a cheese lover it probably scores higher

This was certainly different than the NY style I grew up with. It was a personal cheese deep dish, I enjoyed it! Very filling.

I ordered the “Lou”, a cheese, pizza with spinach and garlic and spices. It was extremely soft on the bottom undercarriage. In fact it was wet, but even if the crust was firmer, I think they overall taste was average at best. I’ve had way better Chicago style pizzas. Maybe I’ll try try a different pie next time.
