First time trying Lou Umbertos. Went with the Spicy Italian pizza and thought it was great overall. Good amount of toppings, cooked well. Very good overall tasting. A little grease, but not bad.
Sauce was good. Crust had a decent crunch along the edges. Pizza had a lot of flop but was manageable. Good undercarriage. Good cheese and good overall taste. Did add some parmesean and red flakes to kick it up a notch. Very enjoyable pizza.
