Lou Umberto's Italian Kitchen

First time trying Lou Umbertos. Went with the Spicy Italian pizza and thought it was great overall. Good amount of toppings, cooked well. Very good overall tasting. A little grease, but not bad. Sauce was good. Crust had a decent crunch along the edges. Pizza had a lot of flop but was manageable. Good undercarriage. Good cheese and good overall taste. Did add some parmesean and red flakes to kick it up a notch. Very enjoyable pizza.
