Last night I ordered Louie Angelo's and I was pleasantly surprised. The crust is thin and very crispy. The sausage was good and had plenty of fennel. The sauce was very sweet and maybe just a little bit overpowering. The sauce and the sausage were so strong that you really didn't get any flavor from the cheese. It was still a pretty solid pizza.
