Louie Bossi's Ristorante Bar Pizzeria

Look, this is a margarita pizza. Very good pizza but we know the rules, it belongs in the 7’s. Add the house Parmesan and it takes it to another level. Easily the best parm I’ve ever had.

Outstanding Neopolitan crust. Perfect amount of char and flavor with a soft chew. Fresh tomato taste with a clean cheese. It’s a very good Neopolitan pizza.

Not hot. Total flop. Zero crisp. Ingredients fall off when picked up. First time ever I couldn’t eat more that a slice and a half. I won’t be repeating this purchase! Scored lower than pizza in the Charlotte airport!

The margherita DOP is worth the couple extra bucks

This pizza is so good! And Louie Bossi’s has so many really good pizzas to choose from!! Very thin pizza and amazing crust!! Great taste and flavor. We eat here every time we come to Ft Laud. Love Louie Bossi’s!!
