Louie's Pizza & Catering

Margherita pizza was smackinnnnn. It had the Napolitano look but not the doughiness of a Napolitano pizza, which I hate. I can only upload 1 photo but it was cooked perfectly. Zero flop, crunchy lite crust, and a homemade nonna sauce with just the right amount of heat. Quality ingredients, quality pizzaiolo. Go try for yourself
