Louie's Pizza & Italian Restaurant

Louie’s is the Gold Standard in Idaho. Been coming here since I was a little kid. Deluxe, amazing, but even the cheese pizza is phenomenal. Their light crust, sauce to die for.

Perfection! Crust was excellent and the topping were perfect.

Good crisp crust with crunch. Little to no flop. Minimal grease. Done medium well. Cheesy. Deserving of a “Ray Bourque.”
