Louie's Pizza & Pasta

Margherita pizza was smackinnnnn. It had the Napolitano look but not the doughiness of a Napolitano pizza, which I hate. I can only upload 1 photo but it was cooked perfectly. Zero flop, crunchy lite crust, and a homemade nonna sauce with just the right amount of heat. Quality ingredients, quality pizzaiolo. Go try for yourself

Sauce is perfect, not too bland or heavy, crust is a little doughy but tastes wonderful! The cheese is really good (we ordered extra cheese) but the star was the Italian sausage! Even better the next day! Love Louie’s pizza!!!
