This place is relatively new. It’s changed names several times the past few years and I’d say this is the best iteration so far. I met Louie and he was extremely nice. I really liked the flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients and everything seemed very fresh. Pizza was ready in 15 minutes which is great. Great balance of ingredients. I forgot to ask for well-done so the dough wasn’t very crispy. Even if you aren’t a “well-done” person, I’d definitely order it that way. Overall, hoping this place has the longevity compared to the spots before it. Customer service was the best I think I’ve ever had which makes it worth checking out alone.
