Louis Restaurant And Pizza

Pretty good. Thick cheese. Thick crust. Decent sauce.

An Ottawa institution. They make a great North American style pizza. Crispy, delicious crust with very little flop. Alway great toppings combinations. Their sauce doesn’t have a traditional pizza sauce flavour, but it is still very good. I recommend the Louis’ Special. Never disappoints.

Great restaurant, great staff. Pizza was decent. Crispy crust, No flop, A little greasy, just a standard cheese pizza.

High quality pie.. some flop to it at first but once it cools down a bit it’s A1. Fresh ingredients, great portions. Presentation won’t win any hearts but that’s not the purpose, it wins over taste buds and stomachs alike.

I’m not really sure how to describe the sauce here, it’s different and possibly holding the pie back for me personally however it is very unique which could be why some people love it. Beyond the sauce the cheese was quality with a pull the pepperoni could use an upgrade but this was by far the most unique pizza I ate in Ottawa.

The crust and toppings are really good. The sauce is a very bland. If the sauce was better this could make it into the 8s. It is a heavy pizza if that is your style

Cheese blend is great. Good chewy crust with good sauce. Solid slice.

Amazing pie. Combination. The dough is really hard to beat. However the sauce is keeping this from being a perfect pizza. It's different, but easily the worst part of the pizza. Definitely a must try though!

Crust is amazing, sauce has a nice sweetness too it. Plus heart shaped pizza 😍

One of the best in the city by far. Different tasting sauce then you would expect which takes this pie into the nines in my opinion. The inside of the place hasn’t been touched in like 100 years and you can buy smokes and a lotto tickets if your doing take out. Louis is a must try!
