Yea it’s pretty good

Going in not so blind. New Orleans French Market ya’ll home town pizza review. Normal pizza cook was out of town. Of course. Apparently he took the kido’s to fucking Disneyland. Good for you dad, enjoy. But what the fuck happened here well, sauce was ok, Super thin crust, cheese -feta,, fucking feta?! never, NEVER! little greasy but to be expected from sausage and the pepperoni, crust had potential but little undercooked. Soggy. I see what y’all we’re going for but little off the mark. I’d go back. Here’s your fucking beads get your fucking go cup. Fuck off drunk ass tourist. Great staff.. cool bar. Fuck it. Put it in your goddamn face. Eat it!!!

My first New Orleans review. Was expecting much more due to the reviews but this pizza leaves a lot to be desired. The sauce isn’t great, the cheese is bland and I’m not a fan of the thin crust in general. My first bite was 4.2 but the more I ate the more I felt like the score was dropping.

Lotta flop. Wood fired crust was amazing. Sauce was superb.

This is my highest rated NOLA pizza. Some may think it’s too high. However, I have been here 4 times and I come up with the same result. Would El Pres give this review? Heck no, but it’s one bite everyone knows the rules.
