Lovejoy Pizzeria

Last time we came through Buffalo I got a pizza from Lovejoy and it was great! I was talking about it for weeks. This time it was a bit of an afterthought as we had already eaten somewhere else prior so I just grabbed a few slices. Something was lost during the reheat because this didn’t quite do it for me today. I’m bummed. Tons of cheese, yes, but all that time sitting in the window made it solidify and didn’t get enough time to reheat into the gooey, melty, greasy mess we’ve all come to love from Buffalo pizza. When ordering a whole pie, it’s real good. I know they are capable of better because I’ve had it better from them. So I guess I’m just going to split the difference from what I had today and what I had last time. I hate to do it but I really don’t want to give them a low score. I am taking a risk and assuming I got them on a bad day and this isn’t just their new standard.
