Pizza Review
My real score is 8.2. This is real deal. There have to people who personally hate the owners or are part of the competition to give this a 0.0 or anything lower than a 7. This brick oven, Neopolitan to the core, but I want to even out the score bc it’s really good. I like the crust. It’s light, and the sauce is nice and light/fresh but with good chunks of tomato. The toppings are fresh. I got the cheese, but we all got Margherita and one meatball. With the thin crust, less toppings are better. Small bit of flop, but it straightened up a little with time. Maybe could’ve used 30 seconds more. I’m no expert on pizza making, but I do like it a tiny bit crispier. It’s ticky-tack, but this is a review, Frankie! Overall, flavor was really good. Nice zip to the sauce. Loved the cheese - looks like deli slices, but it’s the genuine article. I read that it is made on premises (at least it used to be...is it still?). Great experience. Worth the drive if you’re in the Upper Bucks area.
