We went with a plain, & pepperoni with hot h sweet peppers. The pepperoni was high quality and you can taste it. Peppers tossed in nicely throughout the pie. Sauce - This pie doesn’t have that much sauce, in fact I would call it “light sauce” compared to most. Cheese - Super fresh, some of the freshest ever, evenly distributed. Then they hit it with some Pecorino for a finishing touch Crust - This is where the pie standouts. It’s not your traditional style, nor is it full blown Neapolitan. It’s a combo of both. It actually “cracks”!! Basil- Yes, this pie has a little more basil 🌿 then we are used to. The Basil POPS! *The ambience is nice, story is, the place is an old time candy shop, blaring Motown tunes while you eat by candlelight 9.1 put it in the books
