Sauce - This pie doesn’t have that much sauce, in fact I would call it “light sauce” compared to most. Cheese - Super fresh, some of the freshest ever, evenly distributed. Then they hit it with some Pecorino for a finishing touch Crust - This is where the pie standouts. It’s not your traditional style, nor is it full blown Neapolitan. It’s a combo of both. It actually “cracks”!! Basil- Yes, this pie has a little more basil 🌿 then we are used to.
