It’s a great pizza with top of the line ingredients, but I feel like it gets hyped to the moon, and the wait is a major hassle. While I like it a lot, there’s something missing to get it into the 9’s - I can’t quite put my finger on it, but I do think that the crust could be a bit more flavorful and not encroach on as much as the pizza as it does. I do love pretty much everything else about the pizza, but it’s not quite worth the long weight or fraught process.
