Lucas Pizza

Lucas: pizza is average and uneventful. I would say that you need to cook your pizza more, the crust and bread were very undercooked. However, I will compliment that your cheese stayed on the pizza. Also, your Buffalo Chicken had way too much Buffalo sauce and overwhelmed every other ingredient. 6.0 rookie on the plain, 5.6 on the Buffalo Chicken.

Taste good, not much crisp and some flop, could use more taste on the cheese.

The specialty slice was good, the plain was simply under cooked. Decent crust but overall chewy with not much flavor.

Decent slice. Sauce was good, cheese was good. Crust was just a little doughy. All in all not too bad.

Light and thin slice. No flop. Crust is exactly what you want it to be. Not a lot of sauce and a little heavier on the oregano. Decent slice.
