Lucio's Pizzeria

OK, here we are, just got back from Cancun last weekend. First pizza review since then. Been a little under the weather this week, but we have to fight through it. We have to continue the pizza review tradition. Off the bed it looks pretty good. Big slices, let’s see what we got. Zero flop, decent crunch. Pretty good taste. Nice sauce to cheese ratio. Crust is nice and crispy. Good all arnd football pizza. Tad greasy. But good.

It's a pleasant slice in Pleasantville, nothing special!

This slice is all over the place. It has a funky taste that pops in every so often (might me the crust) and the sauce is out of place. The cheese is the main star of the show here. 7.4 may be too high but that cheese is other worldly. Because of that I'd say this is solid football pizza. Challenging, but not necessarily in a good way.

Humongous, floppy slice. Pretty greasy, very nice ingredients.

I'll come here to get a slice or 2 if I'm at work in Hawthorne. Good slice. Good sauce. Airy crust. Pizzeria is the cleanest I've ever seen a pizzeria.

Good pizza. Would definitely try again one day

I let my daughter do this review. Her score may be a little generous but she is a rookie. They did have fountain soda though, even if they served it in a styrofoam cup.
