Pizza Review
I dunno about this one. I went with the thin fresh dough option but I don’t think it was cooked long enough because it was pretty pale and had absolutely no structural integrity whatsoever. Perfect example of Flop City which I usually don’t mind, but this was floppier than I’m comfortable with. Should I have gone with the thicker “traditional” crust? Erie natives recognize that as code for “pre-baked crust from a local bakery that is exactly the same as half the pizza places in town”. Overall taste was pretty boring but I sprinkled some basic spices on a few pieces to try to help it out a bit (oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, nothing too crazy). Kinda better but it wasn’t able to help out this saggy paper thin crust any. Pretty much every review I’ve read for this place talks about how incredible their wings are so maybe they’re just a wing place that also makes pizza.
