Not related to the location in Lincroft, but this is the best pizza I’ve ever had! I’m an Italian American raised in Brooklyn who has eaten in many pizzerias in the past & Luigi’s Famous Pizza in Hazlet is worth checking out. The pizza is terrific, the restaurant is a great vibe & the staff are very friendly & welcoming. The restaurant has a traditional pizzeria style look to it. few pictures on the wall, some tables & chairs to sit at & as well as the sound of the TV in the background. But, it’s the pizza itself that makes you want to say, “Oh my!” the sauce is delicious, thin crust and oily enough for you to say, “Oh my, this is the best pizza I’ve ever tasted!” I highly recommend it 10/10

I’ve had Luigi’s before and it was fine. Basic football pizza. Maybe a 6.5. Yesterday I called in an order in the afternoon for a large plain pie to go. When I got home I ate it right away. It was terrible. Complete mush and the cheese was awful. Almost gritty and everything just slid off the slice. Really disappointed.

This is a solid football slice not mad at all exactly what it needs to be. Good sauce, good cheese and good crisp but a real decent slice of pizza.

I give it an 8.8 because this is a great pizza and heres why, there’s no flop, perfect amount of sauce and cheese, great crust, very crispy, this would get a 9.2 maybe more if it wasn’t so greasy. literally i’ll pick up a slice and greave will drip down onto the plate or the table. overall though, definitely a pizza you’d order for a friday pizza night with friends or family.
