Luigis Famous Pizza

Not related to the location in Lincroft, but this is the best pizza I’ve ever had! I’m an Italian American raised in Brooklyn who has eaten in many pizzerias in the past & Luigi’s Famous Pizza in Hazlet is worth checking out. The pizza is terrific, the restaurant is a great vibe & the staff are very friendly & welcoming. The restaurant has a traditional pizzeria style look to it. few pictures on the wall, some tables & chairs to sit at & as well as the sound of the TV in the background. But, it’s the pizza itself that makes you want to say, “Oh my!” the sauce is delicious, thin crust and oily enough for you to say, “Oh my, this is the best pizza I’ve ever tasted!” I highly recommend it 10/10

I’ve had Luigi’s before and it was fine. Basic football pizza. Maybe a 6.5. Yesterday I called in an order in the afternoon for a large plain pie to go. When I got home I ate it right away. It was terrible. Complete mush and the cheese was awful. Almost gritty and everything just slid off the slice. Really disappointed.

The square pie is a top tier pizza that’s isn’t to be messed with

Good solid pizza as they say a football pizza the crust was awesome lacks flavor in the sauce

This is a solid football slice not mad at all exactly what it needs to be. Good sauce, good cheese and good crisp but a real decent slice of pizza.

Solid slice. Sauce has great flavor. I was late to the party so it sat for a bit. Really solid football pie.
