Luigi's Famous Pizza, Restaurant And Catering

Fantastic extra large plain pie, very good undercarriage, good flavor, and amazing crunch. Although inconsistent through slices. For example some slices had a better undercarriage while others were floppy and had more flavor. Overall, great pie I highly recommend you check out within the tri state area.

This place stopped serving slices at 4 we got half honey roni and plain hot honey was a solid 8 but I’m reviewing the plain it was a little oily good krisp not enough sauce but overall good flavor !

Rock solid

Had higher expectations based on the look. Philly cheesesteak was excellent!

The New Haven style. Just OK too much grated Parmesan.

Great thin crispy crust. Sauce is flavorful and the cheese is to die for.

Solid pizza central Jersey!

Great pizza crispy undercarriage great sause with a perfect layer of cheese and a perfect crust would recommend to anyone in the area

Your bio went from "Jake Collins <3" to "lit n loose." Are things ok?

Luigi’s delivered an unexpectedly delightful pizza experience. The no-flop structure made it instantly enjoyable, with a perfectly cooked undercarriage that held up beautifully. The sauce was a standout, bursting with excellent flavors that balanced sweetness and tanginess. The cheese was flawlessly spread across the pie, cooked to perfection with just the right melt and textures. The seasoning was spot-on, tying all the components together beautifully. Overall, a very delicious and well-executed pizza!

Eye test - strong Execution- dough problematic Dough - thick and chewy. Despite the crunch it is way off base. Taste ok, maybe even slightly unusual Sauce - tangy and fresh Cheese - good taste and chew Overall - weak No quote today!!!!!!!!!

Luigi’s has been a Middletown favorite for over a decade, from classic pies to square pies and bar pies Luigi’s always delivers on flavor. The bar pie is one of the best in the area with razor thin crust, incredible flavor , perfect crisp and nice charred edge, this is a near perfect pie for me!

dave hit this spot on. however, I got to the review from reviewing the corner slice. The middle slices were significantly more greasy and had much less crunch. Inconsistent pie, but I was judging it based off of the corner, which did get an 8.1 in my opinion. sauce and cheese both decent, nothing special. good seasoning

Tasty AF. Nice crunch.

Good flavor, but I asked for a fresh pie which is wasn’t, it was soooo chewy. No thanks !! Had another slide at the place that was a solid 7.5

Solid pizza! Good thickness, nice crust, good sauce, cheese, spices. Totally would love it if this was our local pizzeria!

Checked it out because of Dave. The plain slice & buffalo chicken slice were amazing. A little flop but overall great pizza.

Very good! Nice crispy taste, a little too much seasoning, but a very good thin crust style pizza.

Good pizza
