Alright Frankie... One bite everybody knows the rules! I went with a Sicilian style probably was a mistake. This pizza had a ton of flop. Taste was not bad but a original thin was probably the better choice. There was really no crunch at all even tho the crust was dark. Not great...not bad... 6.1 that’s a review.

I had high hopes. From the looks these 14” thin crust pie had a lot potential. Super floppy no crisp under carriage. Sauce was good, balanced well with the cheese which was greasy and heavy. The crust had very little crunch and was unevenly cooked. Better cooked undercarriage and less cheese we are in the mid 7’s.
