Over the pizza needed more char. But the flop is nice if you fold the slice correctly. If you hold it flat like a smart ass for a picture then obviously it flops. Great sauce, good cheese. If it had more char, could easily achieve an 8.1 in my book 🤷♂️ The dough has a nice sour flavor that leaves a great after taste. I’d be eager to try their other pizzas. I did the Oahu and added Jalapeño
