Luigis Pizza

Great Traditional Pie.

Good undercarriage. Good crunch. A bit bland as far as taste. All around a decent football pizza.

Little heavy, crust doesn’t taste that great. It’s a good pizza like if You had to order a bunch of pies to entertain guests for a evening

I haven’t been here in 20 years. I grew up nearby and my parents would take us to Luigis religiously when they were in the original Roxbury Mall (now a Home Depot.) It was a classic pizzeria with the red checkered plastic table cloths and bubbly teenage 80’s waitresses. A spy hunter console and gumball machine that I’m sure I blew more quarters than my father could afford in the 80’s. Now at 42, I’m looking at this pizza in a whole new light. This IS football pizza. It’s average thickness-not thin. Above average greasiness. (Not the greatest cheese, not the worst) sauce had decent flavor, but not as sweet as I had hoped. It was cooked great with minimal flop and a decent crunch when folded. I always reheat, even my top pizzerias, so I was able to get the crunch where I wanted. A good standard pie-will repeat when in the area, and hope they bring spy hunter back to the joint.

Ask for Paulie’s way! Thin, crispy with a touch of basil. Amazing pie! Pres would be proud.

2 slices. Had low expectations.. but very impressed. Nice crisp to crust and no flop ( reheated slices) Good football pizza !!

Thick greasy. I’d never complain but I’d never go out of my way for it

The crust had no flavor, the sauce was bland, runny, they added too much water in it. I would only come here again if its 12am and everything else is closed, other than that, Domino's has been pizza than this!

Heavy dough

Grandma slice was great. Their plain slice was good but thick. Not enough sauce and cheese near crust. Too much crust. First bites are great. Last few are dry and boring. Crust is lousy.

Good flop. But a little too doughy and not enough gravy on the slice. Step it up Luigi!
