Pretty good for a brick oven Margherita. Fresh mozzarella could have been cooked longer and crust was not floppy but wasn’t crispy either. Bar is great and the service is great. Definitely recommend.

Honestly one of the best pies down here. Crust was the perfect thickness and not generic dough. Cheese was a solid 8/10. And the red sauce was really good. This is pops specialty pie. Pep, sausage, meatball, ground beef. Fuegoooooooo🔥🔥🔥
