Neapolitan, floppy, ok flavor. Nothing special.

Alright my updated Lupo review! Well they’ve def improved since my last visit. Wood-fired crust is on point big time. Pepperoni was good, nice cheese, very mild sauce and a touch of honey. They have made the pies bigger and out of the small Neopolitan style. The pizza is still floppy and very wet, but tasty and that crust! Misfits blasting out of the kitchen I can’t help but to like it.

Neapolitan style wood fired pizza. One of my favorite pizzas in Louisville. Ingredients are top notch. Sourdough crust is incredible especially with the wood fire char.

Other reviewers said this is “fancy” pizza. It is not. It is Neapolitan. It good Neapolitan. Just like Dave says. Good Neapolitan is a 6.8. Milled tomatoes only, fresh basil, chewy crust with puffy edge and wood char taste.

Good wood fire, however it lacks flavor, is very oily, and it was mostly crust. I’d rather eat Digiorno to be honest.
