Lyons Den Pizza

Cheese and sausage - Hand tossed thin crust A bit on the lightly cooked side which is fine with me. Crust was good. It had great structure and flavor with just a little flop in the center. Cheese was very flavorful. Nice sweet tangy sauce. Sausage is hidden under cheese. Small pieces of crumbled sausage which was not as plentiful and flavorful as I’d expect. Maybe they need to put a bit more on the pizza. That aside, I did enjoy this pizza. The cheese and sauce stood out and made this pizza what earned it such a high score.
