This was absolutely fantastic. The burrata was out of this world. Well cooked, sauce was delicious and crust was crunchy but not over cooked.

Excellent quality personal size pizza. A little saltier than your average slice, but that’s not a bad thing. Next time, I would ask for the lie well done, as I personally prefer a litter darker crust, and more crunch.

Crust and cheese were amazing and flavorful. Burrata cheese is different and definitely on the money! Obviously very aesthetic pizza. Slight deduction for oiliness and big deduction for saltiness... could have been in the 9’s.
