Maciano's Pizza & Pastaria

Was in the mood for double dough, so I gave Maciano's a call. The crust was very firm and crisp. The sauce and sausage were both fine. My problem was the cheese. The cheese had a weird taste and left a strange aftertaste. This pizza could be awesome if they used a better cheese.
