Perfect bake on the crust. Great crust/sauce/cheese ratio. Even better when ordered with extra sauce. Maciano’s actually uses enough Italian herbs in their sauce to not need a shaker of basil on the table. Not watery like Lou’s, and more flavorful than Giordano’s. Both the Mrs and I say this is easily the best Chicago style deep dish we have ever had.

This fuckin thing came out so hot, couldn’t pick the thing up for at least 5 minutes. That being said being so fuckin hot.. it was super greasy, super flop. That doesn’t change the fact taste was on point and surprised enough to realize it had crisp. I got in there at the right time. It was around 11am. Slice was freshhhhhh

Jumbo slice and drink for 5.99 good deal and when they say jumbo slice they mean it. Good slice a little greasy but good
