The battle of the boardwalk..great flavor only knock is the crust was doughy and chewy. Delivery played a factor, but Mack’s knocks off Sam’s.

Greasy and not a lot of sauce. Decent but nothing to write home about

Best pizza on the board hands down! Occasionally flop but it’s a thin crust and the flavor makes up for it! Highly recommend if you’re in wildwood!

I would say the pizza may be a 6, but the staff was the rudest people I dealt with on my whole vacation.

What a great slice of pizza! Great cheese, sauce, and crisp. What more is there to say? It was light, sweet, and just so delicious.

Extremely impressed with this. Sauce is on point, cheese is good, and it was cooked perfect. Crust perfect and light, thin af. Wow.

Nice flop, well seasoned sauce, delicious cheese and a nice crunchy crust. A Wildwood staple and must try

Not good. What is everyone talking about! Greasy and floppy, no taste with the sauce. Cheese sucked. Blah. I didn’t even finish the slice.

Pizza review from a few days ago on the Boardwalk of Wildwood NJ. I waited 2 years to get here to one of my favorites of all time, and publicly tell the world that they are the greatest. (not exactly happening though) 1. I have new standards since I started pizza reviews so my taste did change a bit. 2. They have 2 locations and I went to both to get a good solid review going. Unfortunitely their South Boardwalk location did not seem to be authentic Macks flavor. 3. I knew Joe Mack, the legend, who started these pizza places here and a couple at other shore points. He once told me the secret to why he is the best. 4. There is grease dripping, dough perfectly baked, and amazing cheese and sauce flavor. 5. South location 8.1 North location 8.8 ( not the highest but almost)

This one loses the Battle of the Boardwalk for sure, unfortunately. Cheese isn’t bad, but it’s mostly just a puddle of grease on top of a pie with subpar flavor. It’s ok in a pinch, but if you want something with a good taste head down to Sam’s on 26th street.

Horribly disappointed - everyone says this is great. Greasy bar pizza that is uninspired in taste.
