What a fitting name, dough house. Pizza bottom very white and doughy. No crisp on the slice period. Woodfired oven... but is it kept on that metal tray? Super oily, I think they brush olive oil on, at the end to an already greasy slice. Very light sauce. So much promise, sad results .... the place is awesome inside, friendly staff. Ninja turtles the works...
