Profoundly generic. Crisp and execution is fine. Ratio is reasonable. The taste is a little off and a bit weird. It’s just not a positive thing. It’s really not any personal bias against the taste. Intrinsically, there is no way to spin this into good pizza. Sauce- hard pressed to find any taste. It’s there, just can’t taste any. Cheese- taste is off or unusual. Problematic. Not terrible but certainly below average taste. Crust- no taste. None. Rod Carew once said, “Even the best hitters have their ups and downs.” This pizza is a weak pop up to the catcher with two outs in the ninth. After going 0 for 32 in the last nine games. So called “rookie score” is intentional. This deserves a dopey score.
