Major Tom's Drop Zone

This place is open and as a first review, here’s what to expect from Major Tom’s. Due to coronavirus, they blocked off the dining room with clever looking oil barrels and miscellaneous military gear. The owner was very helpful informing me of what to expect as an owner during these unusual times. On to the pizza! The cheese fell off of every slice I picked up indicating they use pre sliced cheese. The cheese itself is great. The sauce has a nice balance of flavor and perhaps a little more water added than I prefer but you want details and this is what I experienced. The dough is fresh and flaky and the crust had a nice thin crisp outer layer with a soft finish. The bottom was undercooked and a little floppy. This is good quarantine pizza and yes, I maintained my 6 foot distance. I’m not going out of my way for pizza reviews and you shouldn’t either! Be safe, be clean!
