The bottom of the pizza had that burnt flour taste, I'm no chef but I'd imagine it comes from the oven being used all day, but BUT on the plus sidethe flavor of the pizza was really good the sauce had a little sweetness to it. So 5.1 is a fair score for a cold slice of pizza.
